IN the Government we currently have a Minister for Education who failed her A Levels, a Minister for Sport who knows nothing about sport, a Minister for Defence who used to be a member of CND and a Minister for Transport who can't drive.
Why not complete the set and make Peter Mandelson "Minister for Families"?
