STRONG winds at the Southport 12hr race did not stop Bolton Sailing Club Juniors from sailing to a convincing win.
The team sailed 72 clean laps at an average of 10.04 minutes per lap with the nearest boat from Budworth turning in 67 laps of 10.47 minutes average.
Bolton took the SSC Junior 12 hr Race Trophy (Overall Winners) the SSC Junior Trophy (first GP14), the West Wind Cup (Fastest Two laps), and the Final Fling Trophy (Fastest last two laps).
