A MAN with nine previous convictions for disqualified driving could face prison following an appearance before Rochdale magistrates.
Steven Andew Catterall, aged 22, of St Gregory's Close, Farnworth, admitted driving on the M62 at Middleton while subject to two three year bans.
Simon Lloyd, defending, said Catterall had made a "foolish" mistake.
The bench adjourned the case for reports on Catterall. He will appear for sentencing on July 20.
