I SEE a councillor has been complaining to the police and a man is saying it is the fault of shopkeepers that we have drunken youths around the town.
It is not only Bolton that has the problem. The blame lies with the Chancellor. He is buying the drink and drugs with his £10/£15 weekly hand-outs.
