ESSEX'S Australian star Stuart Law, who scored three centuries in as many days against Lancashire at Old Trafford the week before last, has effectively issued a come and get me message to the Red Rose county.

Law told BBC Radio Essex after pulling out of his team's game against Australia with injury that he would listen to any offers for next season, and added that playing at Old Trafford last week "felt like going home", because he used to play in the leagues and his wife is from Oldham.

Lancashire are still considering whether to re-sign Murali for next season, when Sri Lanka are touring England, but captain John Crawley has confirmed that if they decide to look elsewhere, his priority would be a batsman.
