THE team selling the facilities at the 98-bedroom Village Hotel & Leisure Club is operating from a sales cabin at the site. The hotel, on Watefold Business Park, Bury, is not due to open until the autumn.
But sales manager Linda O'Connor and her team are taking bookings for membership of the Leisure Club and rooms in the hotel. They have already taken their first booking for a wedding -- in September.
"Even though people cannot view the hotel yet, they can visit us in the cabin to find out all about the hotel and its facilities," said Linda. The Leisure Club will include a 25 metre swimming pool, aerobics rooms, squash courts and a HealthWorks health and therapy studio.
