WITHIN two weeks of being asked for their support, more than 150 MPs have offered practical help for Carers Week from June 11 to 17.
MPs, including Brian Iddon, MP for Bolton South East, are planning to take part in local activities in their constituency and hold special carers surgeries during the week.
Carers Week this year will concentrate on health issues and will call for improved practice and services to carers from health professionals.
