WHEN is something going to be done about the toilets at Bolton's Shipgates Shopping Centre?
Twice recently I have gone into the cubicle to answer a call of nature, but privacy leaves much to be desired as when I was in someone entered and blatantly stared at me through numerous holes in different parts of the cubicle walls.
This is a bit much by any standard, apart from it having no lock on the door. So please, I am a taxpayer and whoever is responsible, it is time to have the situation rectified.
