A FIRE which burned for two hours at the back of Done Bookmakers in Horwich is believed to have been started deliberately.
Firefighters were called to Winter Hey Lane after baking trays were set alight outside the building on Saturday night.
The fire, which caused damage to Done and shops either side, including the Derian House charity shop, melted plastic water pipes, flooding the bookmakers' toilet.
David Pimblett, station officer, said: "We suspect youths started the fire. They don't realise how much upset and damage this causes."
Maxi Derbyshire, Done shop manager, said: "The shop was filled with smoke when I got here."
