MOTORISTS are advised that emergency bridge repair work will take place on the M62 westbound at Junction 18, Simister, this weekend.
The hard shoulder and inside lane of the westbound carriageway on the bridge will be closed from 8am until 4pm tomorrow and the westbound carriageway will be reduced to the hard shoulder from 7pm on Saturday until 11am on Sunday.
The westbound carriageway will be reduced to three lanes overnight on Monday, April 30, possibly running into Tuesday, May 1 to complete repairs.
