BAS Image anglers have been regular visitors to the prize table in the last couple of matches held on Worsley's Boathouse Reservoir.

But the bloodworm experts have also had their punching arms flexed as the warmer weather has prompted the carp into taking punched bread as well as the red stuff.

Methods

Last Wednesday member Alan McAtee got to grips with both methods and was rewarded with a winning netfull of skimmers roach and crusians for 13lbs-9ozs.

Harry McCoy made second when the Deane Anglers man used bread punch only to take mainly carp for 10lbs-12ozs.

Fellow team-mate Mick Warburton Made third with 9lbs-0ozs. Last Sundays Match saw BAS Image go nap taking all three places.

Vice Captain Carl Lowe came out on top returning 10lbs-14ozs again with the punch in the ascendancy.

Alan McAtee was there again, this time second with 9lbs-14ozs whilst Dave Williams made up the trio when the bait dealer returned 7lbs-6ozs. To book on the Wednesday or Sunday matches ring Harry McCoy on 0161 702 9686.
