THE postponed Women of Bolton Awards and Luncheon will now be held on May 11.
The prestigious annual charity event, run by the Mayoress of Bolton, was due to be held at the fire-hit Bolton Moat House Hotel on Friday.
Organisers have now re-arranged the event for a fortnight's time, at the Jarvis International Hotel -- formerly the Georgian House -- on Manchester Road, Blackrod.
A spokeswoman for the Mayor's Office said that they could arrange return coach travel from Bolton Town Hall for anyone with transport problems. Further details about the rearranged event can be obtained from the Mayor's Office on 01204-331090.
