GEOFF and Lesley Yates have officially been named the most romantic couple in Bolton.
They met after both lost respective spouses to cancer and were introduced by mutual friends.
The couple say they "clicked" immediately and able to share their sad experiences, laughed and cried their way through the grief.
They have now been married for almost two years and are a lovely example of how life can go on after tragedy.
It is wonderful that they have found so much happiness with one another after all the sadness both have been through.
It is lovely too, to hear how family and friends, including children and even in-laws from their first marriages, have been supportive, and are helping play their part in the couple's new found happiness.
We hope this wonderful couple can serve as an inspiration to anyone else left reeling from personal tragedy.
