LEIGH RMI couldn't have asked for tougher opposition as they try to get their season back on track.

Promotion-chasing Yeovil Town visit Hilton Park tonight, kick off 7.45pm, looking for maximum points to put further pressure on Conference leaders Rushden & Diamonds.

Only six days ago Yeovil hammered Leigh 6-1 as RMI's injury-crisis started to bite.

Leigh have lost four of their last five games and have started to ship goals at an alarming rate with Steve Waywell's injury-hit squad down to the bare bones.

Centre back Neil Durkin has been added to long-term casualties Jamie Udall and Ricky Harris and again tonight Waywell will ask several of his players to turn out while not 100 per cent fit.

"The number of experienced players I've got is going down match by match," says the RMI boss. "But we carry such a small squad that I've no option but to ask people to play with injuries."
