A WOMAN from Radcliffe accused of a racially aggravated matter of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour has pleaded not guilty and opted for Crown Court trial.
Gladys Stout, 55, from Arley Street, Radcliffe, is alleged to have committed the offence against Benedetto Lacitignola in December. The case, before magistrates in Bury, was adjourned until May 18 for committal to the Crown Court at Bolton. Bail was given.
