THE Lancashire Council for the Protection of Rural England (CPRE) is holding a meeting to set up a committee of local CPRE volunteers.
The group will respond to development issues in the Bolton district and be committed to dealing with issues impacting upon the local countryside.
The meeting will take place at 7.30 pm on Thursday, April 19. If you are interested in joining in, finding out more or becoming a CPRE volunteer in the area, contact Audrey Porter on 01772 456181.
