A FUN day out is promised for all the family at this year's Boothstown festival. The event will begin at the Standfield Centre at 12.30pm on Saturday, June 17.
The parade, featuring Morris dancers, bands, clowns and floats, will take in Garret Hall, Mosley Common and Ellenbrook on its way to the centre. Entertainment will include DJs, vocalists and bands plus the normal array of craft stalls, sideshows, face painting and competitions.
The day will finish with the crowning of the festival Queens.
