SOUNDS of the Old Opry will be coming to Bolton when one of the North-west's top country music bands, Nashville, performs at the Hilltop Social Club, Hill Lane, Blackrod on Friday, April 20, at 7.30pm, in aid of Wythenshawe Hospital's New Heart-New Start appeal.
The event has been organised by former heart patient Ron Fulton, secretary of the charity's satellite fund-raising group, the Horwich New Heart Club. Tickets at £6 (including hot pot supper) from Ron on 697376.
