A MAN accused of attempting to murder two people in a shooting incident outside a Bolton nightclub has been committed to the Crown Court on conditional bail.
Nasar Ahmed, aged 28, whose address cannot be revealed because of a legal order, is charged with the attempted murder of Brian Kemp and Lee Howarth outside Atlantis in the Valley Centertainment Complex, on November 24 last year.
But charges alleging violent disorder and carrying a loaded weapon and ammunition in a public place were discharged by magistrates at Bolton yesterday.
Ahmed will next appear for a plea and directions hearing at Manchester Crown Court on May 15.
