SINGING, dancing and entertaining children are invited to see if they are good enough to get through to the final of a national contest.
Anyone aged five to 15 can go for an audition in Leigh for the Talented Youngster of the Year 2001 competition, which is being run by the charity Tommy's Campaign.
Auditions are being held at Hilton Park on Saturday, March 10, from 10am to noon. Each act is asked to make a £10 minimum donation to the charity.
Children should bring an adult with them and any props or backing tapes they may need.

The judges will decide which acts can continue to the next round of auditions which will take place in May.
The Grand Final of Tommy's Talented Youngster of the Year 2001 will take place in September.
