MANAGERS were all smiles when Greenhalgh's Craft Bakery at Lostock, Bolton, won an award at the Bakers' Fair in London's Business Design Centre.
It was awarded third place in the Innovation Awards for its new Kiddy Bun product -- a range of craft-baked ice buns decorated with smiling faces and chocolate Smarties.
