A BOLTON company with designs on success has reached the national Investors in People standard.
d2 Digital by Design Ltd, of King Street, Westhoughton, designs creative promotional and information material for a wide range of public sector and non-profit organisations.
The seven staff are receiving training in areas including communications technology and internet projects.
Managing Director Graham Mallinson said: "We have always had a team-based approach to the development of the company and Investors in People reinforces that policy.
"Through the scheme we have also been able to access bigger training opportunities."
He added: "We believe that the people are the company. They are its biggest resource and greatest asset. It's as simple as that."
The company was helped through the Investors process by the Bolton and Bury Chamber Workforce Development Team.
