EDDIE Crawford, from Belmont, has kindly donated a bench to the grounds of St Peter's Church, Belmont.
The church recently celebrated its 150th anniversary and Eddie thought he would commemorate this by placing a bench on the pathway leading to the church, in memory of his late wife Stella.
Inscribed into a marble stone on the bench is a verse copied from a sympathy card received by Eddie.
