I WISH to nominate as 'Rat of the Week', the young man who was with some others near the flats off Hulton Lane.
He pushed a wheelie bin over, then spent time jumping up and down on it, what a cruel and heartless way to kill the hedgehog was was underneath it.
What pleasure it gave him I fail to see, but when my friend told me, who saw his antics, I was sickened and disgusted.
