A DRAMATIC reconstruction of an armed post office raid witnessed by two young girls will be broadcast to millions of viewers tonight.
The reconstruction of the raid on Daisy Hill post office will be shown on Britain's Most Wanted at 10pm on ITV.
The school pals were buying ice lollies when two masked raiders threatened staff at the post office counter and smashed glass with sledgehammers before making off with a substantial amount of cash.
The girls had been in another part of the shop when the raid happened and were not injured.
Detectives have linked the raid with a botched attempt to rob another post office in Horwich earlier on the same day -- June 19.
Bolton officers will be in the London Weekend Television studios to answer calls from viewers who may hold vital clues.
