BOLTON-based Keogh Ritson is changing its name -- to Keoghs Solicitors.
The firm has 23 partners, more than 370 staff and branch offices in Coventry and Southampton.
Marketing Director Mike O'Donnell said: "Many clients and contacts refer to us as Keoghs so it made sense for us to follow suit.
"Replacing the double-barrelled Keogh Ritson with the single name Keoghs was deliberately decided upon for its simplicity."
"As a major national player, we felt we needed a brand which reflects our growth and the changes we have undergone."
The firm started out 30 years ago and has now grown into a £12 million-plus success story.
Keoghs act for the majority of the UK's major insurance companies and its Company & Commercial department advises private and public sector organisations throughout the North-west.
