The design agency, formed in 1998, has transferred within Bolton from Moor Lane to a three-storey building in All Saints Street.
Managing Director Ann Rimmer was delighted when Clock won the Creative Industries award at the annual gala dinner.
She said today: "Winning the award from more than 150 entries is an achievement upon which we aim to build more success. The move to larger premises is essential to allow for our growth."
The staff is expected to grow to eight during the year.
Clients include property experts Allied London Properties and Burfords, high street retailer Superdrug and Cruden Construction. More locally the company works with Bolton School and Bury IT solutions provider Flexsys.
