RED Lane Primary School in Breightmet has once again proved it values its staff by passing the Investors in People standard.
The school won the award three years ago and was recently reassessed.
Assessors found the commitment to training has been maintained. The school has been acting as a springboard for volunteer readers who have gone on to gain childcare qualifications.
Deputy head Barbara Collier said: "We want to involve people and help them to achieve because whatever we do to help our staff is of extra benefit to the children and we are already seeing rising standards across the board."
