The meeting is open to the public and it will deal with issues in the Farnworth, Kearsley, Harper Green and Little Lever areas.
There are six meetings being held all over the borough in the next few weeks as part of the council's bid to give more "power to the people."
There is another meeting tomorrow at St Joseph's School, Horwich at 7pm for the Blackrod, Hulton Park, Westhoughton and Horwich areas.
And on Wednesday, there are meetings at St Andrew's primary school, Withins Drive for the Bradshaw, Breightmet and Tonge forum at 7pm and at Mere Hall, Thomasson Park, Halliwell for the Smithills, Deane-cum-Heaton and Halliwell areas at 7pm.
