LEE Austin of Farnworth Cricket Club is enjoying a memorable July. On the first day of the month 15 year-old Lee hit 37 for the second team against Farnworth SC. This was followed by two fine innings for Farnworth's junior sides, 49 for the third team and 51 for the U-15s, both against Horwich, and last Saturday he topped the lot with 99 for the second team at Greenmount.
It was his first half century at second team level, and 236 runs in four innings would seem to suggest that it won't be his last.
