GOOD luck to the pioneering centre which has started a group for "problem kids" at Little Hulton.
The group will cater for children whose hyperactive behaviour makes them difficult to control at other nurseries.
Children who suffer from symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder are sometimes turned away from playgroups etc.
Mrs Christine McLanachan, chairman and founder of the centre, must have put the minds of many parents at rest with her words: "We are not judgemental. We all know what it is like to have a difficult toddler."
What a relief for those mothers and fathers who have suffered the embarrassment of being told their child was not welcome somewhere to know that their "problem" children have a place to go.
Most children can be "problems" at some time, but for parents with hyperactive offspring, life must be very difficult indeed.
The Little Hulton centre must appear like a port in a storm.
