RE 'Your Views' item headed 'Magistrates Convict Assault Dad' (BEN, May 8). As a child, I got a very good smack on the bottom. It must have been very good for me as I am still here 78 years on. Would I be right in thinking that midwives will face a fine or imprisonment if they continue with this age-old practice?
