WOLSTENHOLME Rink plc at Darwen has announced an increase in pre-tax profits from £7.7 million to £8.1 million for the year ending December, 1999.
Sales for the company, which supplies products to the international printing and printing ink industries, increased from £86.2 million to £91.8 million.
The Board has declared a final dividend of 19p per share, which is a 5.6 per cent increase on last year.
