Homefire smokeless coal is running the second Homefire Real Fire Pub of the Year competition. We are offering the winning pub a prize of £1000, with cash prizes too for regional winners and runners-up.
We think a real fire can make a real difference to the appeal of a traditional pub. It is part of its warmth, its welcome and its authenticity. In fact, in a recent survey, 67pc of customers said they preferred a pub with a real fire.
