EXPENSE Reduction Analysts, specialists in the reduction of overheads on essential items, have recently set up an office in Bolton to bring their cost management expertise to businesses in Lancashire.
Steve Birt from ERA said:
"We are able to provide local suppliers with world-wide exposure to potential ERA business as supplier information is shared on a closed Internet system. An increase on a regularly purchased item might not seem much, but if such increases are left unchecked for four or five years, the overspend could be considerable."
Expenses
ERA have found that most companies are overpaying suppliers by as much as 50pc by not buying at correct volume levels to secure best prices.
