JESSICA Bowman is in line for England honours after making the grade as a hockey goalkeeper. The 15 year-old Smithills High School pupil has already represented Greater Manchester Schools at Under 15s, 16s and 18s and is part of the North of England Under 16s development group.
Her impressive performances have earned Jessica selection for the England Under 16s hockey trials at Lilleshall.
She has represented Bolton in the past three years in the Greater Manchester Youth Games.
