I FULLY endorse your two previously printed letters regarding our continued membership of the EEC.
The average British citizen has not gained one iota in the last 20 odd years through our involvement.
We would be more than foolish to gain a single currency and be ensnared into a Federal Europe, and be ruled by Brussels dictators. We cannot be in Europe and not be run by it.
Arrangements and vast amounts of money are already being spent by the Government preparing us for the single currency, holding a referendum will just be a sham.
We should leave the European Union and let them wallow in their corruption. We should join NAFTA the North American Free Trade Area. We are the biggest investors in the USA and vice versa.
We wouldn't need to be in any union whatsoever, at present we can change our Government but never can we get out of Europe once we give up our currency.
