the people's verdict OUR Parliament's hush-hush plans for the bulldozing of artificial fluoride (a/f) legislation through Westminster, without a democratic countrywide vote, means we shall all drink toxic a/f for life whether we like it or not.
In Ireland - the only democracy an earth who forces its people to drink a/f public water by law, requires over one tonne of toxic fluoride daily to be added (from fertiliser industry waste), of which only one half of 1 pc (i.e. 0.5pc) is drunk by their population - the other 99.5pc being used for all other purposes and enters their environment without audit or research for effects!
Even then, of the tiny 0.5pc drunk, more than 12pc of Irish a/f water samples taken are found to exceed the maximum permissible dose of fluoride. (EPA figures).
(Our Water (Fluoridation) Act (October 30, 1985) states: "The concentration of fluoride in the water supplied to consumers in the area in question is, so far as is reasonably practicable (to be) maintained at one milligram per litre".(i.e. one part per million). Thus even our legally required lppm supply cannot be guaranteed!)
Your recent letters reveal most anti-fluoride protesters do not deny the right of others to seek water fluoridation, so why can't our Labour Government put the issue before the public, and accept the people's overall verdict, which is what our democracy is all about we're not a dictatorship like the E.U.
