JUSSI Jaaskelainen (left) and Teuvo 'Tepi' Moilanen, the best of friends, could become the greatest of rivals.

The Wanderers keeper is a close friend of his fellow Finn and Preston counterpart.

But they both know there can only be one No 1 when Finland's national coach Richard Moller Nielsen names his international teams.

Jaaskelainen makes no secret of his ambitions to add to his one international cap and appeared to overtake Moilanen in the pecking order when he was named along with Rangers' keeper Antti Niemi in the squad for tonight's friendly in Slovakia.

But he's sportingly coy at the suggestion that he's tussling with Tepi.

"I suppose we are rivals," he acknowledged, "but we are very good friends. We speak almost every day."
