THE world famous Rainforest Cafe is looking for Safari Guides, Trailblazers and Navigators to work in the 340 seat restaurant when it opens in the Trafford Centre in September.

The restaurant is holding a recruitment day at the Lancashire Cricket Club, Old Trafford, this Sunday, June 7, between 10am and 6pm, and organisers says they would welcome applicants from the Bolton area.

Trailblazers will work in the cafe's kitchen, Safari Guides serve the food, Navigators mix the drinks and Tour Guides show people around this astounding restaurant.

Rainforest Cafe recreates a tropical rainforest with cool mists and cascading waterfalls, rainstorms with thunder and lightening, lifelike gorillas, trumpeting elephants and live tropical parrots. Europe's first Rainforest Cafe opened in London's Shaftesbury Avenue in June last year and is now one of the city's most popular venues.

Tom Cruise, Anthea Turner, Sting, David Seaman and Kenny Dalglish, have all visited the London restaurant.

General Manager of Rainforest Cafe, Richard Morris says: "We are looking forward to recruit 150 people with enthusiasm and out-going personalities who will enjoy working in this spectacular restaurant environment." Anyone who cannot attend the open day should call Anne Marie on 0171 437 1799.
