LATEST news from the loos is that work on Bolton's Nelson Square toilets is about to start after they were "temporarily" shut 12 months ago.
Even more welcome would be an announcement that Bolton is to get more new toilets. But they're probably so flushed with success about fixing the Nelson Square loos that another, cross-legged 12 months is bound to pass for the Bolton public before anyone in authority gets round to that vital issue.
