BURY-based commercial property specialists, Paul Nolan & Company have agreed a letting to L & T Flowers who are expanding their business and moving from Chorley Old Road to Dunscar Industrial Estate.
The unit has been taken on a new five year lease.
A spokesman for Paul Nolan & Company said that interest in the estate had been brisk and there are currently three other units in legal hands with the remaining units of 6,400 sq ft and 7,200 sq ft both still available.
