THE strength of support for Bolton becoming a university town has been highlighted by Bolton Institute principal Professor Bob Oxtoby.
And yesterday BEN managing director John Waters was in London telling politicians that the citizens of Bolton want a university and presenting them with a petition from thousands of people.
We urge Education Secretary David Blunkett to take all this into account and decide favourably for Bolton.
