AUSSIE Superwhites fan Adrian McKenzie is praying Bolton Wanderers won't go down - so he can keep on watching them Down Under.

Adrian, who comes from Melbourne, began following the Wanderers two years ago shortly after arriving in Britain for a two-year secondment with his employer Coopers and Lybrand.

He is due to return to Australia in a few weeks and he is desperate for Wanderers to win at Chelsea on Sunday and stay up - because Australian television only shows Premiership matches.

He was converted to supporting the club by work colleagues Andrew Cornes and Richard Greenwood, Adrian followed the Wanderers throughout their incredible campaign to win the First Division Championship. Adrian said: "Bolton have to stay up so I can carry on watching them next season. I'll be living in Melbourne, so I won't be able to get to many home games!"

Adrian was hooked on Wanderers after just one game and managed to get fellow Aussies on the Superwhites bandwagon. He said: "There is no other team for me. I'll be a Bolton fan for the rest of my life now."
