SIR: I have read your article in the BEN about Tonge Fold Post Office, and I feel I must set the record straight.
The two gentlemen who run the Post Office, in my experience, have always been pleasant, good mannered and helpful, even suggesting cheaper ways of sending parcels etc.
I feel the person named in the article, must be of a very awkward disposition, to place any complaints about the staff at the office.
