LEGENDARY Farnworth football commentator Kenneth Wolstenholme will be back behind the microphone for the 1998 World Cup.
Mr Wolstenholme, who was educated at Farnworth Grammar School and is a Bolton Wanderers fan, will commentate on the Sony Playstation game World Cup 98.
The veteran broadcaster uttered the immortal words "They think its all over... it is now" when England beat West Germany in the 1966 final. He was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of Bolton Institute 18 months ago.
His wife Joan, whom he married in 1944, died last year, He still co-hosts Channel 4's Football Italia programme.
