SOCCER ace Ryan Giggs is set to give his mum the keys of his 'old' house when he moves to the outskirts of Bolton next month.

The Manchester United star is reported to be reluctant to sell his £200,000 home on a luxury development at Worsley.

Friends of the star told a Sunday newspaper that he cannot bear to see his dream home go to a stranger when he moves into a £500,000 mansion at Adlington next month.

Instead mum Lynne, 41, and half-sister Bethany, aged four, are said to be moving from their small cottage into the large house built just four years ago. Friends say Lynne, a nurse, will feel at home because she frequently does the cleaning for her millionaire son.

Giggs, 24, is is set to move into a five bedroom 1930s mansion with indoor pool, sauna and games room.
