SIR: Could I please ask the councillors of Bolton - why are the only toilets in the Market Place situated on the top floor, next to the car park?
Why can't some toilets be built on the bottom floor?
Many of us have no reason to go up to the car park level to use the toilets; they should be on ground level.
We have not all got cars. Also, you're not thinking of senior citizens and mothers with children.
