SIR: I refer to Singing Clough - Outlined Planning Permission.
Considering the Councils will not make clear to the public what outlined planning permission means at Singing Clough - I will.
It means if Councils vote to change Singing Clough which is public open space into industrial land they could then sell off the land to anyone to develop almost anything. This is a fact and it is being kept from the public as ratepayers.
