BERNARD Wrigley, "the Bolton Bullfrog", will play the Queen's Jester, Muddles, in Snow White, this year's pantomime at the Southport Theatre.
The folk singer, songwriter, comedian and actor was recently seen in Emmerdale and returns to the series later this year.
Bernard is no stranger to pantomime. He played the wicked Abanazar in Aladdin Bolton at Bolton's Octagon Theatre in 1992.
Leading the Seven Dwarfs is 4ft 3in tall Kenny Baker who has featured in many major movies including Time Bandits and Star Wars.
Kenny is currently on a world tour promoting the Star Wars film in which he plays R2D2.
Michelle Holmes, formerly of Coronation Street, plays the Wicked Queen Cruella and comedian Duggie Brown is Sarah the Cook. Anne Nolan, of the Nolan Sisters, is Snow White.
The pantomime runs from December 19 to January 18.
